Who is the controller

The data controller is HELM Studio SRL, registered office at Via Giuseppe Mazzini 9, 20123 Milan (MI), Italy. For any question about your data, write to ciao@helmstudio.it.

What data we collect

Only what you give us when you write:

• ▪Name
• ▪Email (so we can reply)
• ▪URL of your channel, podcast or newsletter (optional)
• ▪The content of your message

We don't use profiling cookies. We don't run advertising trackers. We don't resell data to third parties. Ever.

Why we process this data

To reply to your request and — if you decide to work with us — to manage the commercial relationship. Legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller and performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f GDPR).

Who else sees it

It stays in our inbox. For email delivery we use Resend (resend.com), our external data processor under art. 28 GDPR. No other third parties: no proprietary CRM, no Mailchimp, no Zapier cousins.

How long we keep it

Retention periods:

• ▪While the conversation is active: as long as needed.
• ▪If you write once and we never hear back: 24 months, then deleted.
• ▪If you decide to work with us: for the duration of the relationship + 10 years as required by Italian tax law.

You can ask for early deletion at any time.

Your rights

Under articles 15–22 of the GDPR you have the right to:

• ▪Access your data
• ▪Correct it if it's wrong
• ▪Delete it (right to be forgotten)
• ▪Restrict its processing
• ▪Receive it in a portable format
• ▪Object to the processing
• ▪File a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it)

To exercise any of these rights, write to ciao@helmstudio.it with subject "GDPR rights". We reply within 30 days — usually 1 or 2.

Changes to this page

If we change how we handle data, we update this page and the date at the top. No intrusive popups.
