A studio. Not an agency.
HELM Studio is the European spin-off of Morningside AI — the New Zealand agency that codified the "build custom AI workflows" model. They work with companies. We do the same work for people who run, in person, a channel, a podcast, a newsletter.

01Morningside AI was founded in Auckland in 2023. It's the agency that first formalised the idea of not selling SaaS, but building automations stitched to the client — custom code, no white-label products, no recycled templates.
02Four years later, a group of European technicians brought the same approach to Europe, with one crucial difference: our clients aren't companies, they're people. Individual creators working alone or in tiny teams, who can't make sense of generic AI tools.
03Since January 2026 the studio has been based in Milan, with three satellite offices (Barcelona, Berlin, Dublin) — one for each of the main markets we operate in. Not for a "remote-first" fashion, but because being in the places where our clients live means speaking their language, knowing their platforms, understanding their brand deals.

Build before you talk.
Sales decks don't automate anything. You can tell when an automation actually works: you find it on your publishing calendar, not in a PDF.

Honesty before the sale.
If your workflow can't be automated, we tell you in the first call and that's it. Selling you something fake is the worst thing we could do for our reputation.

The code is yours.
No lock-in, no proprietary SaaS, no "cancel and you lose everything". At the end of the pilot you have a clean repository and documentation you can hand to anyone.

Time, not clicks.
We don't sell you views, engagement or social growth. We sell you hours that come back onto your calendar, to spend on what made you a creator in the first place.
